This is the second time that I am forced to complain about telkomsa not terminating my contract after I instructed them to do so. In 2012 I moved from Kroonstad in the Free State to Centurion in Gauteng, it took me several phone calls, an escalated complaint, a hellopeter complaint and 6months to get Telkom to terminate my account on my Free State number and only bill me for my new Gauteng number (they billed me double every month for 6months!!). Now, once again I moved to a new address on the 1st of February, where it is impossible for me to have a landline as the Telkom agent informed me there are no telephone poles in my area. I instructed the agent to terminate my contract, because of obvious reasons. Another agent phoned me again to confirm if I will be using telkom's services and again I instructed him to terminate the contract. How am I supposed to pay for a landline and ADSL, if it is impossible for Telkom to install a phone line?? I have received Telkom accounts for the past 4 months now, my account was paid in full before I moved, how are you going to sort this mess out ONCE AGAIN??
