Line disconnected and unhelpful agents AGAIN!

This is the second complaint regarding Telkom and their poor service in the 6 months since we have had our internet.

After numerous requests and empty promises from the agents our line was cut on 06/01/2014 we received our bill today (08/01/2014), we are unable to pay our outstanding amount without the bill as we have been overcharged before.

We made our payment (the amount stated on the bill we received) once we received our account and waited for over 30minutes (on hold) more than once before we were able to speak to an agent. The agent we spoke to wasn't very competent and when we requested to speak to the team leader (Patrick) he was unwilling to help us. He did not read the notes left by the manager we spoke to who had sorted out our account queries previously, he was unwilling to reconnect our line without an investigation being done.

We are sick and tired of the bad service and incompetent agents we have spoken to at the call center. Please address this matter as soon as possible as this will cause your company to lose clients.
