NO RESPONSE AFTER REPORTING FAULTY LINE

I REPORTED MY FAULTY LAND LINE ON 2-1-2014. DID NOT GET CUSTOMARY SMS WITH REFERENCE NUMBER. ATTENDANT TOLD ME TECHNICIAN WILL CONTACT ME ON FRIDAY 3-1-2013. WAITED ALL OF FRIDAY, NEEDLESS TO SAY, NO TECHNICIAN. PHONED 3 TIMES ON MONDAY 6-1-2014 (WAITED ABOUT 20 MINUTES EACH TIME). WAS INFORMED TECHNICIAN WILL CONTACT ME TODAY 7-1-2013. WAITED ALL DAY - NO TECHNICIAN. FOUND MY REFERENCE NUMBER ON WEBSITE, 109BTK020114 - NO PROGRESS REPORT ON WEBSITE, CASE JUST "OPEN" - WHATEVER THAT MEANS.
