Since the 30/12/2013 our company has been without ADSL . The reference number of the fault is : 35CRK311213. I have called Telkom about 28 times requesting them to please send a technician but every time I speak to someone at Telkom (after waiting on the line for 40 minutes) all the can tell me is "there is still a open fault out on your line and a technician will contact you shortly" No technician has ever given me a call and no technician has come to our offices to RESOLVE the problem. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life! Absolutely incompetent people... RAISE YOUR STANDARDS TELKOM
