VIRGIN MOBILE BLACKLIST ME FOR NO REASON

So the saga continues with Virgin Mobile! In 2012 I complained tot he CCMA as they were taking additional money from my bank account. Due to this I cancelled my contract and paid them in full. My last invoice stipulated I owed them R100 which I paid. My contract was terminated in writing 04 August 2012. Then I received a letter a year later JUL 2013 to say I owe them R775 . I spoke to Ms Numpelelo and to Rorwana and was explained the error was from their side and would be rectified.
Today 07 JAN2014 I went to Vodacom to purchase a contract to buy my daughter a cell phone for her birthday which is tomorrow only to hear I have been blacklisted by Virgin Mobile as I owe them R456
No letter was sent from them stipulating I owe them R456 nor did I receive any letter to warn me they would blacklist me. I went to Virgin Mobile Cape Gate and spoke to the Manager Quinten Limaar who explained he would phone head office but after disappearing to the back office I never saw him again. Melissa tried to assist by sending a e mail to head office and informing me the response will take a while! Not only does my child not have her birthday gift for tomorrow but I have been blacklisted!
