Telkom debited my bank account for products that I did not sign for or recieve. I applied for the MiFi internet and Samsung Galaxy S4 special in November but was told that the shop was out of stock. This is after my application was approved. Did not sign acceptance or anything confirming that I have recieved the products and that a contact can be in place. Received an invoice 3 Dec for R8, 580. when I e-mailed the sales man, he appolised and said it would be sorted as it was an error. Received an e-mail back saying it was rectified.

On New Years day I received an SMS that R8, 580.83 WAS DEBITED AGAINST MY ACCOUNT. My bond was due the next day... NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. Telkom literally took money that they had no rights to.

I called the call centre CASE 7350634 on the 2/01/2014 - I AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND.

ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED AND BROKE! BROKE! BROKE!
