I took my Blackberry phone device into the Cell C store in Centurion to get it repaired. I specifically asked for a loan phone, they didnt have any at the moment. I asked if there was in no way I could get a loan phone the following day, the consultant said he doesnt know. I felt this is bad service on their part because as it stands I dont have a phone for possibly the next 21 days and I will be expected to pay the full month's contract balance.
In light of this experience, I am seriously considering cancelling my contract with immediate effect.
