I booked my Samsung S4 in for repairs a week ago and was told it would take up to 21 days to be repaired. I didn't receive a loan phone as the branch didn't have any in stock and now I'm unable to use my sim as it's a nano sim. I have emailed Cell C customer support (on Cell C website) for assistance, but haven't received a response yet. I need to either receive a loan phone (?) or skip a month's payment on my contract since I am unable to make use of my contract at this time.
Kindly advise.
