Failure to deal with complaint

Was so excited to get an Escalation reference number (ARS 219920) for my complaint. Received the number two weeks ago, but the matter has still not been resolved. My phone line has been working this whole time, but I have an extra service of Call Waiting which has not worked for over four months. I receive calls from Telkom, saying that it will be working by the end of the day, but they've been telling me this for FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS.
Useless bunch!
