Every two months my phone line is down.
We report it via sms or by phoning and the response is always the same.
You get a sms very quickly with a reference number. And then Telkom dissapears into a black hole and they die in silence.
There are no updates, no one calls to come and check on the line, and when you phone for an update you get a very nice reminder that if the instrument is faulty you pay a call out fee!!

Well thank you Telkom, for keeping us with out a phone line for 16 days on end in October. Now in January again another 8 days today and counting. Then in the middle of the complaint which is still not resolved you send sms saying 'service is working' but your peep on the phone line can see it is still faulty. How is that possible? One says fixed other says still not fixed in the same day!
Your beautiful website! Its no wonder your escalation forms do no load you dont have enough staff members or time to get to the nasty complains. You are the worst compnay in this country, your service is disgusting!
Telkom is the of SA - we need more telecomunication companies in this country BUT alas corruption would be difficult. Telkom you are disgusting!!!
