TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE FROM AUTOPAGE CELLULAR

My wife has been having problems with her Vodacom 3G which she got via Autopage since 3 July. Kevin at customer care Headoffice not only had a bad attitude, but could also not assist her referred her to a branch. The two total incompetent and less than helpful people at Irene Village Mall couldn't assist since they do not have a clue what they are doing and kept passing the buck. At long last and after three trips to the shop they realised it was the modum itself and they took in for repairs. Then their computer system was offline or did not "take" the serial number. This resolved, they didn't have a lone unit and repairs can take up to 6 weeks. The owner agreed to loan his personal modum, but this is from MTN while we are with Vodacom? They gave us a quote for repairs, despite this still being under warranty and the term and conditions of this quotation is so one sided in favour of the supplier that we can't agree. Three quarters of the terms and conditions is in contravention with the Consumer Protection Act. In the meantime I forwarded a complaint to Autopage on Thursday and despite three follow ups NO RESPONSE. Customer care kept me holding on for 15 minutes, couldn't help?
