PROMPT FEEDBACK AND SERVICE

On 30th Jan. 2013 I put 450 MB on my laptop.by the evening, without me having been on-line for longer than 10 min. I had lost approximately 250MB. I reported this to ELROY at the call centre. much to my surprise I got a sms within 10 min. in which 500 MB had been put on my modum. this was the first time that I received any good service from VODACOM. I am delighted and now wish that VODACOM's LEGAL DEPT. will come to the party as well concerning my two other complaints which really put me in dire straits. thank you Elroy!
