It is now 7 January 2014 and I still have not received the refund for my initial failed purchase on 11 November 2013 - what is the hold-up? Customer Care sent an email saying I had been refunded and that they would send proof of payment - guess what, no proof of payment has been sent because I haven't been refunded the R4769 yet! It's not difficult people - refund my money as the transaction was never completed, i.e. the phone wasn't delivered because the recipient details were incorrect! The 2nd transaction was completed and the phone was delivered. R9538 less R4769 equals R4769 due back to me - it's not complicated! Somebody please just do something about it and stop brushing my query aside!
