To whom it may concern,

I would like to know why i am being billed as i have two free months of service with the ISP called MWeb. as per telephonic conversation, upon signup. i repeated the questions as told by the consultant, which was recorded as a matter of fact. i re-questioned him on all his good promises and he agreed.i did that to confirm as it was voice recorded.i was told that my first two months is free and at end feb an amount of R400 be deducted, i still told them that its not actually free, they billing me R100 for each free month.thus far i paid a R60 and will pay an outstanding R139. why must i pay theses monies?

I seriously would like to know why they billing me, whereas my my billing session is supposed to be at end February.
