I presented my phone to the repair center in Cresta and no physical damages on the phone. I have entrusted vodacom to the care of my phone while I gave you the opportunity to sort out the functionality of its programs and applications, and then you reckless go break the units LCD. I do not know who broke it and could not care to know. Surely you wont except this also as a customer. I will not except this phone which is now refurbish by you back. I demand a refund or a replacement
