ISSUE ME BROKEN PHONES OVER AND OVER

I gave in my BlackBerry 9300 in-warranty phone for repairs, Mtn issued me a refurbish phone, I'm now sitting with the 5th refurbish phone coz all the phone the gave is problematic!!! this is a HUGE inconvenience for coz I'm without a phone all the time, not to mention the traveling fees I have to give-out to get to them!!!

this is unecceptable!!! and I wont take an refurbish unit!!! and I will cancell my contract with you guys!!! IF YOU DON'T SORT ME OUT!!!
