I upgraded in Dec 2013. My first payment is due Jan 2014 which was suppose to be collected through a debit order. Now nothing was debited from my account. This morning I did a eft and a few hours later receive a sms to tell me my account is in arrears and as a result your line will be suspended. Please make payment & send proof. So my question is how am I to know how much I owe I do not receive statements. So when you let me know how much is outstanding I will go and pay!
