Unresolved account dispute

I am absolutely disgusted that I have to resolve an account dispute at my expense and time.
I have been shunted left right and centre between different departments which I have had to call, incl being told I have to call Cellucity to resolve the account dispute, but what puzzles me is that my account is with Vodacom who send me the invoices?
A call was logged at Vodacom call centre in Dec and I have still not had any feedback since and have just received a text message saying my account is in arrears of the amount I disputed last year.
I have made 3 calls this morning since receiving the text message, all of whom could not resolve the matter other than saying I have to call the next person.
I have ref no's for all calls made incl the initial one made in dec, although at this point I do not know who to speak to and am concerned my account will have all services suspended as this has happened before a few years back and took a lot of arguing to sort out which I'm not prepared to do again.
