After many complaints and lots of my time and money wasted and sending my phone in for repairs numerous times, Vodacom eventually gave me another phone - as my phone is still under warranty. WELL this is the catch: I got given a "new" phone which lasted just over a month and here I go again? Another problematic phone. I spent over 2 hours at vodaworld yesterday, they suggest I do a sim swop, and still NOT WORKING? I am SO disappointed with you guys. In fact I am so tired of complaining I feel like changing service providers. And this after being a Vodacom client for over 10 YEARS...
