Case number: 7350675 and 7366498
On the 01 December at 03h52 I got notification that an amount of R1016.50 has been debited from my account by 8ta while I have a R199.00 monthly contract with them. On many numerous calls that I have made and half of them being cut off I decided to try again on the 1st January. I spoke to Connie who told me that she has no idea why R800 extra was taken from my account by WILL ASCALATE THE MATTER TO THE BILLING DEPARTMENT AND GIVE ME FEEDBACK. So far no feedback has been given. Yesterday I called once again to 081180 and spoke to MAxwell Ndlovu who as well had no idea why i was billed extra and also gave me the same "I will escalate the matter. On the -7 Jan I spoke to Connie who told me that 7350675 has been closed (No name to be given out for securtiy reasons) even though there was no report given to me. So now I have a new case number which has just been logged and someone MIGHT call me back for a feedback and I cant be given any names. This is bull actually as I have to do follow up calls to this company on a daily bases and they dont give a hoot actually. Anyone out there who has a number for 8ta CEO please send it to me as I am tired of this.
