Why bother?

During November i requested Standardbank to move my homeloan debit order from the 27th of each month to the last working day of the month beacause my salary payment date each month changed.

This was never done. In the last two days I had 3 phone calls from Mobolegeng, Monique and Roxette from Standardbank. Referance numbers 560906470 and JZF7914. One of them knew of the others' calls and could not retrive reference numbers. Each one gave me a different amount due on my bond. Even though Mobolegeng who called me first promised me that the will be no penalties paid for the return debit order on my account this month Roxette who called me last said that the penilty has already been charged.
