8ta / Telkom Mobile
No reply on online chat

I have a problem with a Telkom Mobile sim card I purchased on 12/12, it does not work, my Samsung Galaxy S3 shows Emergency Calls Only with the card inserted. I tried using their online support chat and this is a copy and paste of the chat. The person did not reply in a 15 minute timeframe.
