UNAUTHORISED DEBIT

I was informed that i was default with cell c. JM attorneys contacted me and i made arrangements with them to pay the outstanding amount of R1700. on 13 September 2013 i asked them not to debit my account as i would pay the outstanding amount which my husband did on that same day via EFT. i telephoned them many times since requesting for a statement or proof of payment. i have not received it. instead cell c has debited my account for 2 months which is absurd because i no longer have an account with them which they have confirmed. as a result i have to go the bank to cancel the debit. WHY DONT THEY COMMUNICATE MY PAYMENT WITH CELL C? ITS 3 MONTHS LATER!
