Refusal to assist with closing account

I have phoned the Nashua call centre was continually put back in the queue as soon as each operator came to know that I am phoning to close my account - I was put through 3 iterations of this and then had no operators responding to the call after that.

Blatantly giving me the run-around as they have nothing to benefit from the call.
