I am due for an upgrade and received a call about a month back, i was in a meeting and requested to be contacted the next day. I was very interested in the deal or upgrade as all contract changed.
This call then never occurred so i left it at that.
Today 6 Jan 2014 around 3:30pm i received a call from a call centre in KZN.
I had a few questions around all the changes of contracts and the fact that i did or do not need 800 sms a month. The woman on the other end got so frustrated she raised her voice and shouted at me.
I got spoken to like i was a grade1 student...
I know i am not a big corporate and that is why Vodacom don't or does not care but... maybe i work for one...
Not great...
