Cancellation of contract

After i sent a complaint i got a miss call from daniel on the 31/12/2013 at 11:50 saying that my number will be charged within 48 working days but i am surprised is not done still now.what do i have to do to get assistance from them i am tired of calling them i cannot even go through numder is always busy or i will stay on the line forever i will end up putting the phone down
