I Mario handed my New BlackBerry Z10 (New 23/02/2013) in for repair 10/12/2013 7day policy became close to 1month 31/12/2013 NICE Ne, after lots of out bracks to MTN I was rewarded with a recondition phone NICE ne . that means it is somones old phone how had the same or diffrend problem . that is the way to look at your custumers .6day's later my New Old phone is giving me the same problem and no one can answer my questions.
Please MTN read this and tell me how a can cancel to a new provider
because as a MTN client I can't live like this
