6 Days to fix my Business Telkom Line

My business Telkom Line- 0114939778, has stopped working since yesterday. I reported it to telkom and they told me it will take between 24 and 48 hours to sort out. Nothing happened today and I called the Call centre again and spoke to a Lady by the name of Monica. She informs me that it will take between 3- 6 days before my fault is sorted out. I told her that the Lady I reported the fault too, informed me that it normally takes between 24- 48 hours to sort it out. She says, Yes thats right, each day is only 8 Working Hours, so 24 hours is 3 days and 48 hours is 6 days. I am in total disbelief. My phone is my livelihood. We are a distribution company and all most of our business is done via our telephone. When did Telkoms Service deteriorate like this? I remember before that, if a fault was logged in the morning, it was sorted out before the evening. I am in shock. I explained to Monica that this is unacceptable and i require my line to be fixed urgently and she gives me Robotic replies (no feeling whatsoever) that telkom policy is 3-6 days. Telkom is definitely losing me as a customer. Cant wait for the day that they lose majority of their customers. TELKOM HAS NO SERVICE.
