Today on the 13 september mary-anne from jabba connect called me 2 make an arrangement I am a month behind with my installment, I advised her that I will make a payment including my arrears on the 1st, I then received an sms to confirm the arrangement, later I realized that the debit order went off, I called back requested to speak 2 the supervisor because I wanted 2 reverse it from the bank and some documents was needed, I spoke to brandon or bradley pathetic young man with no respect to customers he gave me so much attitude nd told me to ignore the sms I paid and that's it, he's rude nd need training on how to deal with customers jabba connect your service is bad, I wanna settle my acc they don't deserve my money!
