Today I have had enough.
Upgrade 4 weeks ago at Northgate. Promised to be called, have driven there twice, no help. Called 1023 today to call before I drive through again. 2 numbers given does not work - consultant put phone down in my ear when I called again.
Drove to Northgate. Shop had papers lying around, floor is covered in grime. Store manager strolled over and showed me with her hand to follow her. She answered "i know" when I told her her shop is filthy. There was no waiting system
Manager had no interest to help me. Got the detail wrong as she did not listen and told me the consultant that helped me left MTN.
I called national, again got moved around. Got 011 8089001 and that number just rings.
So what now? I have had contracts for over 8 years, have never had payment issues, but cant get answers.
Northgate promised to call me... lets wait and see.
