I applied for an account on 17 Dec 2013. I wanted the Galaxy Note III and I asked that my number is ported from the existing provider to Cell C during this process. I used to phone daily (084145) to find out where my request was in the process, and was told one day that I would need to port my phone myself as this was holding up the process. I then completed the porting process myself, but am no closer to getting my contract sorted. Question is what to do next? Also, really really NOT good service!
