New telkom customer, deeply regret it already!

My first clue should have been when they booked a day to come install, forcing me to take leave, and not showing up. which forced me to take another days leave. The line speed is a fraction of what i'm paying for.
I went for a top of the range package and am paying them a fortune. Anyway, today i tried to set up my email. after an initial wait for an hour and a half my call got dropped. So I phoned again, this time waiting a staggering 2 hours and 47 mins before giving up and hanging up. I decided to phone their sales dept, assuming it would be better staffed. I assumed right and was eventually helped. However now i can only send emails. I cannot receive any. After another 2 calls and another hour I am now waiting for a call back. which should have happened "latest" 40 mins ago. The service as a whole is completely unacceptable, what on earth am i paying a fortune to this TELECOMMUNICATIONS company for when i cant even get communication from them. Their call center is a disgrace and services in general are sub standard. I am very close to closing my account and moving to an ISP who cares about their customers. Telkom couldn't care less.
