This is my third compalint i havent received any response since december 2013 and its almost been 3 weeks since MTN's las communication which me no valid response
Now I would rather take my business elsewhere, with my next contract as no service is received from such a big company who such pride themselves on sevice.
Frankly this is not one ideals, and to be exact i have been without my phone for over a month today.
If this matter is not resolved soon I will have to escalate the matter to either Top Management or an external third party who protects my consumer rights.
