This serves as a follow-up on a complaint about the lack of toilets at the above metioned franchise. I am delighted and impressed by the timely response I received from KFC, but, however, Iam disturbed and disappointed by a lack of feedback or response by the owner, as promised by the KFC call center agent.
To be honest I am interested to know what was done to addres the matter, because I belive that this lack of toilet facilities at the store is a violation of human-rights and dignity.
NB: I am currently weighing my other options on how to escalate this much furher, maybe I should refer the matter to the Human Rights commission or the newly established consumer ombudsman.
I Demand feedback from the owner.
