It has been almost a little more than a month since we got uncapped at 4mb/s. At first it worked good, but now it is running at 500kb/s. This is unacceptable and that is after I already phoned the call centre. I got a Ref no. 556432881 but that's about as far as Telkom have gone to fix it.
So why do I have to pay for an uncapped line every month when it is not working properly???
