Extremely bad service part 2

I can't understand how a company like MTN still has customers. MTN has grossly inconvenience me over this festive season, given me a generic response over Hellopeter and till now still has not gotten back to me. This company should be embarrassed by the service they offer clients. It's utterly disgusting! I have called, gone in to MTN stores and no one was willing to help me or swop out my phone as I was within the 7day exchange period.

I will be back at work on the 7th and I will be taking legal action against MTN. I am at my wits end and I feel I am getting a raw deal. To go back to my first post (extremely bad service), my phone is very important to my business and over the busiest time of the year, MTN has given me nothing but and inconvenience.. this is the last time I renew my contracts with you. I have been a loyal customer for many years but you have seriously disappointed me with the service and the way you have handled my issue that could easily be resolved. I have never put up Hellopeter posts in my life and now I have put up two! MTN shame on you! I am so disappointed in your shocking service. Your service centre should be embarrassed.
