Extremely bad service part 3

MTN this is the 3rd post and still no one has gotten back to me. Please refer to the to previous posts.
Well to be fair I have received 2 calls from mtn on a Thursday at about 11 am.. guys I work for a living no one has left me a contact number to call back. On each post I have left my phone number email and ID number how can you not get back to me? Your service is pathetic at best. You guys send a guy out to pick up my phone for a repair? guys check the CPA within 7days I can swop out my phone for a new one. I have been busy this week but rest assured I will take this further I will not be leaving this. My performance at work has been drastically affect due to the fact that no one knows who is responsible for delivering and receiving my phone! THIS IS EASY BY LAW YOU NEED TO GIVE ME A NEW PHONE! not repaired. Shame on you for still not calling or getting in contact with me and letting me know what's going on! I am a customer but clearly customers service is not hi on your priorities list!
