Your service is utterly disgusting and your staff are totally useless! You charge me almost R 20.00 for a phone call I never received, but 30 minutes of my time and costs on the telephone to you means nothing? Then you charge me R 17.00 for an e-mail sent to me for attending to my complaint after my Hello Peter post? I fail to understand how you are in business!? Perhaps its because you keep charging clients costs for things you have not done! Keeping a client on your books as long as possible means you can charge them collection fees each month!? Its been a year since my last post about your totally useless company and in the mean time I just have to keep paying in order to keep my name clear. I have begged, pleaded and even lost my temper but you just don't do anything to assist me in getting the account cleared.
I will be contacting the Law Society of South Africa and taking action against your company. You have strung me along for long enough now. I will make it my priority to post a report on Hello Peter every week until you have sorted my account out. You are UN-ethical, using your legal power to exploit people and taking their hard earned money.
