For the last 4 months I had troubles on all of my MTN accounts. My one phone had to been send back 4 times for a repair because it just restarts whenever it wants, and every time they told me that the battery is faulty, but I bought 3 batteries, and updated the software. Only at the 4th time they replaced the handset. Now on the 3 the of January I did an upgrade from a blackberry to an Iphone and did a simswab. This is now 48 hours later and still the simswab is not done. I phoned the store to check that every thing was done correctly, and called the callcentre 5 times already. Every time they just told me it is in progress or it failed and it will be resolved in 2 hours time, but still waiting. I don't think the page is long enough for every complaint that I have for the past 4 month. I just have enough of MTN's poor service. I have 5 contracts with them and there is none without a complaint. 2 of the phones was in for repairs, replaced and in again (without the one phones for 3 months). The other one was a Nuke Nokia that they refused to repair, the software blown, and now my upgrade. I am with them for over 10 years but now I think I must consider another network!
