My payment date is on the 25th of every month as we get paid on the 25th, but as our payday fell on a Saturday we only got paid on Monday the 27th January. I immediately paid my DSTV subscription and emailed my proof of payment. I even got an email back saying thank you for the payment, case number 4561736. This morning the 28th January i wake up and my services are disconnected... when i phone at 07:00 they tell me i must pay the reconnection fee!!! I think this is a way to make money. I did everythig i was supposed to do and then i must pay the R50 reconnection fee. This is very unfair as i paid before my services was disconnected and i even emailed the proof to avoid this. They make a mistake and i must pay for it. Please everyone, be aware that they are out to make money from the clients for their mistakes.
