I am fed up with you people

Please get staff that know how to do their jobs. You keep cutting my dstv when i am paid in full and then add R50 on my account as reconnection fee. This has happened 7 times in total and I have now decided enough is enough. I want my money back.
My husband paid out dstv on Friday in full (according to your staff) and my services were cut off on Monday again!!! another reconnection fee on my account because you have staff that are dumb . and your manager at N1 city is teh rudest person i have ever met!!!
now i get a message saying i need to pay R808 immediately!!! my husband has been there 2 days in a row to sort out our extra view that is also still not working!!! how can i be paying R1394 per month for a dstv subscription!!! are you people crazy.
fix this today or will take this matter to the next level, and every reconnection fee that got added on my account i want back today still. You can go check, we are now running on 9 times that you cut my services when i have paid already!!! so you owe me R450
