I paid my DSTV services on 30th June 2013, now I get an SMS asking me to pay R 50.00 reconnection fee! FOR WHAT? I honestly do not belive that it was my fault since they were offline from the morning on the above mentioned date... please rectify this isssue and connect my services, you got your money and I must get the services that i paid for.
