Virgin Mobile Show their incompetence again!!!

They have irritated the out of me by making me call over 20 times only to speak to incompetent staff who either cut calls or don't help me. This is to do a simple change of my contract to prepaid. I waited more than the 30 days to phone and find out that my account STILL HAS NOT BEEN moved to prepaid! Is this a money making scheme?! Why is no one call centre attendant followed through! This is my second complaint filed without response!
