VIRGIN MOBILE IS TAKING MY PREPAID MONEY!!!

My contract expired 23 Jan 2013. I then asked to be put on prepaid. The amount left before reaching my talk limit was R1975, 65.
I contacted virgin mobile to deduct my R1250.00, which will leave me with about R700.00 to use (my own minutes to use for prepaid. That was done... yesterday i checked my balance, it was R 690.00...
This morning i checked again, it was R0, 29..??? I phoned again and spoke to MBALI, she said she will email the accounts dept, it seems like they made a mistake..It will take 24 to 48 hours???
It`s weekend, are they just gonna leave it till next week?
I want to know why they took my money and i want them to put it back in my prepaid..This is urgent..How can they do it?
