2 weeks, 3 days and still no help

HI, still waiting for my phone call. 2 weeks, 3 days later.
My prepaid sim doesn't work. The call center checked and said my new sim card has been activated. (Phone number of sim is 0794632271. the number on the sim card is 89154500000002736464. Vodacom fourways told me I must load data and airtime, which I did. But when I insert the sim it says my account is still being processed. I've been to 4 different stores, and called the call center 10 times, but they only see it is Active on their system. Every time they pass me on to the activation department that just deals with contract sim, not pre-paid. Please can someone call me on my alternative number 0795827943. I cant deal with the call center, or store people anymore, as people just pass me on all the time and I', m not getting it sorted. I
