On the 26 October 2013 around 3am, cables connected to the Telkom box in my street were. On 28 October 2013 I called Telkom and informed them of what happened and I was given a fault number:467CWK281013.
On 29 October 2013 technicians came out and went to the box to see what happened and all they did was to fill up the holes where the had dug in order to pull out the cables.
1 November 2013 a technician was sent to my house, but my mother who as at home informed them that the problem was not with our line, but the cables close to The Telkom box itself.
Out of frustration, 4 November 2013, I went on to Hellopeter.com and complained that there had been no response from Telkom whatsoever and I was given an escalation reference number: ARS236466, still nothing has happened and when I complained again on 25 November 2013, they just gave me another escalation reference number: ARS238264, and there still hasn't been any word from Telkom. I believe they are just stalling on purpose and what makes matters worse is that I am the one who always has to call to find out what is happening and they are of no assistance at the call centre whatsoever.
