Cell C
Subscription service activated without consent

Cell C (Mira networks) Charge me for a subscription that i did not approved of. I phoned Cell C to get proved of the subscription they then said I must phone a number to unsubscribe which i did do. They send me something today that make no sense to me. Please i need help.
