I just called MTN to find out why my account is double what it usually is. The very rude consultant told me that is a amount from Mira that I was billed for. She told me to phone Mira and unsubscribe from their service. I have never even heard of this company never mind subscribing to them. The rude consultant gave me a number to phone but is just a voice recording. Customers in-trust a company like MTN to bill them correctly and make sure we are not victims of through their service. I was billed for this service by MTN and they don't give a. Wont be a MTN customer for much longer. That is for sure.
