OF MONEY THROUGH MY CELL C ACCOUNT

I WAS BILLED R6.15 x 24 TIMES ON MY CELL C CONTRACT WITHOUT REQUESTING ANY SERVICE
FROM THIS COMPANY CALLED "MIRA NETWORKS" WHICH APPARENTLY RUNS A [URL Removed] WEBSITE. THEY DISHONESTLY SIPHONED MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I CALLED CELL-C, HOWEVER, A CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT SAID THEY CANNOT HELP ME - I HAD TO CONTACT MIRA VIA AN EMAIL ADDRESS & A NUMBER THAT ONLY ALLOWS YOU TO "UNSUBSCRIBE" FROM THE "SERVICE". THIS WAS FRUSTRATING! WHEN EMAILED FOR PROOF, I WAS "INFORMED" BY A LADY CALLED KAREN, THAT I "REGISTERED" FOR "PRIVATE ALBUMS" & THAT I WAS APPARENTLY "SMSED" REGULARLY TO "OPT OUT", BUT I HAVE NO EVIDENCE OF ANY SUCH SMS BEING SENT TO ME! I ONLY FOUND OUT ONCE I RECEIVED MY STATEMENT THAT I WAS BILLED SO MANY TIMES! BY THEN, THEY ALREADY HAD "" R148 FROM MY ACCOUNT.BY DOING THIS TO THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE, THEY WILL SURELY BE PROUD OF THEMSELVES.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS & SOMETHING MUST BE DONE TO STOP THIS! CELL C NEEDS TO PUT IN PLACE SOME KIND OF SECURITY MECHANISM THAT DOES NOT ALLOW EASY ACCESS TO THIS SERVICE.I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH VODACOM OR MTN, BUT TWICE WITH CELL C THUS FAR! VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING, MIRA NETWORKS AND CELL C!!! CELLC MAY BE IN ON IT TOO!
