I applied for a new contract with 16GB IPhone 5C. We received the pro-rata airtime/data. Since 1 January I have not received anything else and now it has cost me to load additional airtime due to Vodacoms tardiness.
I have spoken to the call center and they have advised me that i will have to wait 48 hours for a solution... So in other words your lack of service delivery is now costing me additional money, which is not supposed to be the case.
I want answer within 24 hours. This is absolutely ridiciouls!
